West 14th, Vancouver

This Kitsilano yard underwent a complete transformation and our clients now have a backyard oasis thanks to the addition of number of different elements. We installed a paving stone patio and pathway, as well as added a new block stairwell leading down to the lower level of their home. We put in fresh planting, a new lawn, a stepping stone pathway and a new fence to complete the look.

West 12th, Vancouver

This west-side home in Vancouver needed a more family friendly backyard. We began the project by installing a block retaining wall down the side of the property, which gave us a level backyard to work with. From there, we repaired and added new wooden stairs down from the deck, a large paving stone patio, and an artificial turf lawn.

Burhill Road, West Vancouver

This large West Vancouver property required extensive landscaping. After substantial excavating and bobcat work, we landscaped all areas of the property. The hardscape we installed includes a large paving stone driveway and patio, natural stone retaining walls and stairs, and a stepping stone pathway. The softscape we installed includes new lawn, cedar hedge, and planting around the property.

Rockridge Rd, Vancouver

This Rockridge home required a driveway and front yard over-haul. Our team removed the over-grown trees, shrubs and old asphalt driveway to set up a clean slate. We in installed a new Pisa 2 retaining wall, then a large driveway and patio using Old Country paving stone. The project was finished with new turf grass, trees, and planting in the bank and surrounding areas.

Benbow St, West Vancouver

Improving your home’s curb appeal with an inviting entrance can add thousands of dollars to the value of your home. Not only is the front walk and patio of our client’s home appealing, it’s highly functional as well. We began by excavating the old patio and built a tasteful walkway and patio from Forest Pearl flagstone. We added a granite wall and staircase, and complemented the patio with a classic wrought-iron railing. A new plant bed with built-in irrigation, along with flattering lighting, completes the new look.

Clinton St, Burnaby

This property, in an established neighbourhood in Burnaby, called for a complete front and back yard redesign. We started with a clean slate by excavating and removing all the old plants, shrubs, and grass. Carefully selected plants, as well as turf grass, were added to the new landscape. Old Country pavers used for the patio and walkway give the look of hand-hewn stone, and add a touch of European charm.

Thompson Pl, West Vancouver

The client of this West Vancouver residence took advantage of the full range of Absolute Landscaping services to create a back yard worthy of a design magazine. The new landscaping makes the most of the breathtaking views, with a sweeping stone path and driveway, low-growing plants that frame the yard, and a manicured lawn. This Burnaby home had a long, sloping backyard. We excavated and tiered the yard, then built an impressive retaining wall. The Pisa block walls are connected by a wide, elegant pathway, and two sets of stairs built of Old Country paving stones add a feeling of grandeur. New plants, fresh sod, built-in irrigation and lighting completed this project.

Taylor Way, West Vancouver

The owner of this property wanted a complete front yard renovation. We built an Allan block retaining wall, and added shrubs, plants, and turf grass. A new irrigation system provides the lawn and gardens with optimal hydration. A sweeping stamped concrete driveway and walk, highlighted by landscape lighting, complete the clean and spare look.
